If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
