An excellent Doctor who is very caring
My visit was very good. Dr Crotty answered my questions clearly.
He is prompt, pleasant, and encouraging.
He listens to me, has provided great care, and is willing to learn and do research of his own! His office has even tried to get me in sooner for urgent appointments.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Crotty and his staff. He was personable and addressed my concerns very professionally. The nurse did an excellent job and made me feel confortable. I have chosen him as my new provider based on my positive impression on initial visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, was seen quickly and was finished in under an hour. The office was clean and efficient. I liked that my lab could be done In the same building as could x-Ray if needed.
I've been seeing Dr. Crotty for 17 years and recommend him highly. He always takes time to listen. He is the only doctor that was able to get my cholesterol under control and he has taught me how to control my allergies. I hardly ever have trouble scheduling appointments and I have always found his staff very friendly and professional.
Horrible Dr. You have to wait in the exam room for over 30 minutes per visit. He then spends less than 5 minutes "listening" to you. His staff is rude and useless. They setup appointments for me and then did not cancel them when I called to cancel and said I had no call no shows. Dr. Crotty would not return my phone call or my message to him in the portal. His office is old and unclean and I am happy I have found a much better Dr. who cares. Do not use this man as your Dr. if you are looking.
PA is scary looking; persons answering calls for scheduling are really, really, dumb and will not give you an appointment
Does not provide the necessary time for patient consultations, wasn't even at St. John's for one of my appointments and came rushing in without apology or explanation. When I asked the name of a specialist for a second opinion, he said We don't like to do that. I asked why and he explained that doctors get offended.
