He’s always greet me with a smile... concern about your health,number 1. Priority!!!!
I'm a long time patient. Dr. Crotty is very pleasant to talk to. He's honest about what he feels comfortable treating and when he needs to refer out. I never feel rushed in and out of his office. His staff takes time to understand the complete nature of my visit. Follow up communication is also good. Bonus, because he is a DO he was able to perform manipulations on my upper back. This improved my pain and gave me more movement. Before that I was afraid I'd need surgery.

Dr Crotty is always pleasant and thorough. My appointments aren’t rushed. My referrals are appropriate. It’s clear to me he’s there to help and guide my care but it’s my choice whether or not to follow his suggestions. He will treat me whatever I choose.
Poor bedside manner
Dr Crotty is always very friendly and listens to my concerns. The referrals he has given have been to excellent medical professionals as well.
