Dr Sullivan has been my doctor for many years and has been able to make my condition very manageable. He is always pleasant and treas you like a friend.
I visited Dr. Sullivan due to an abnormal lab, his office was a referral. Worried about what to expect I discovered during my visit I had a genetic syndrome one I never knew of before that visit. Being alarmed by words like disease, syndrome and abnormal my first reaction was tears yet, with the amount of professionalism Mr. Sullivan provided me along with his knowledge and tact I felt comfortable going forward with my planned procedure. I have lupus and take a bunch of meds , which irritates my stomach badly. He suggested what the issues are and what steps need to be taken. He very patient, friendly and explains everything throughly. Will tell friends and family about him!
I utilized Dr. Sullivan and his staff for my second ever colonoscopy. My entire pre procedure screening, scheduling and actual procedure were professionally communicated and executed. The staff even provided me with samples of a new prep medication when my insurance company rejected the prescription for Sutab, a new pre-colonoscopy bowel cleansing medication. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today. My procedures went well. The staff was awesome! Very sweet, caring, and compassionate. They listened to my concerns and needs.
