I've had Dr. Sullivan conduct preventative colonoscopies on me on two occasions over the past five years. Due my having no spouse, family, I always choose to have the procedure done with no sedation. People hear this and cringe.I tell everyone, Dr. Sullivan has an exceptional bedside manner.I never felt uncomfortable before, during or after procedures. You listened to my problem with swallowing food and choking. Scheduled my appointment for an upper endoscopy. Everyone was nice and respectful. No pain or discomfort. You treated the choking problem and prescribed medication for the cause. I felt better within a day and no have no problems or fear of choking on food. I’m very thankful for your and everyone’s expertise and kindness. A+ from me.

Listened to my complaints and was professional while being friendly and compassionate at the same time. He did not rush me, and he took the time to to explain things.
Dr Sullivan and staff are very professional yet caring. They make certain you understand your procedure and welcome you to call back if you have questions after you leave their office. Dr Sullivan even stopped to ask me, in general, how I was doing! A lot of doctors don’t take the time!

First colonoscopy last week. Dr Sullivan and the entire staff at the Virginia Beach location were great. The procedure was on time and I was back at home before I knew it.
He did a breast reduction on me that was really messed up. I had to have another plastic surgeon fix it. He also did a tummy tuck that originally I was happy with however; my muscles are really smessed up from the procedure.
Doctor Sullivan did a great job of finding a treatment for my mysterious GI problem.
