My experience with Dr Sullivan was brief but friendly and professional. Supporting staff were great. No concerns - would use again.
Dr Brian Sullivan and his staff provide a superior experience and service. They are kind, supportive and professional. I count my blessings that Dr Sullivan is my Dr.
Answered all my questions. Didn’t rush me.
Dr. Brian Sullivan nearly killed my sister. There is NO EXAGGERATION WHATSOEVER in me saying that. In 2008, he performed an endoscopy on my sister. While inserting the scope, he punctured her esophagus. Apparently he wasn't paying attention, was rushing or, arrogantly, didn't care. My sister was in the hospital for over three months. She almost died. To this day, she faces heart issues, horribly painful lung and back issues, other diseases. All because of Brian Sullivan's neglect.
Walked in with no chart and said "so why are you here." He took me off of medicine I had been on for years without consulting the prescribing doctor, which threw my illness into a tailspin. Sent me for a very expensive test with no intentions of helping me. Never scheduled the other test he recommended nor did he call me with results. Incompetent. I get the feeling he likes doing procedures but not following up on issues.
Didn't listen to my symptoms, very rushed, had no intentions of helping me. Very sad.
First time having this procedure and everything he told during the counseling session happened as he stated during the procedure.
patient It seems he does not take me seriously and I am in worse shape today then 4 years ago when I started seeing him. Condition affects my everyday living and is now waking me at night, but no suggestions on what to do except go back to my primary Doctor. I feel I have wasted my time and money with Dr. Sullivan. My condition is triggered when I eat, so why go back to a primary? Isn't he the specialist of digestive disorders?
