Impossible to reach the office. Doctor and staff are rude.
Frequently forgot to refill prescriptions. Would never pick up the phone. And Brian Stein is far from knowledgeable. In the waiting room, friends of the doctor/staff are regularly seen first. After waiting over 2 hours for my last check up, I decided to find another family doctor.
Awesome Doctor, takes time to listen , so glad I found him!
He’s absolutely awful. Orders tests and never follows up with results. I almost died had not another specialist order the right test and call men immediately with results that saved my life. Still waiting for this bobo to call me with an answer.
Spot on with diagnosis. Friendly and attentive. Waited about 20 minutes in office but well worth it. Dr Stein is excellent in my book. Will recommend him and keep him as our primary doc..
I never even made it into the office the receptionist who I spoke to was so rude and hung up on me.
It is almost impossible to get thru on the phone and We have gone to 2 tests now and found paperwork/referels/ scripts not done and had to reschedule because of no answer at the office. Find someone else!
