Brittany is amazing! I was having trouble getting logged into the app and set up with a new feature and she walked me through the whole process, ensured I had everything squared away, and even followed up with me afterward. She is extremely patient, personable and helpful. When I call State Farm and she answers, I know I'm in good hands!
