Dr. Cole made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. His PA staff is very thorough when they do their initial exam. My results from surgery were outstanding.
Both surgeries a success. Recovery after second surgery was swifter than first. But the first was 20 years of wear and tear to repair and heal. Did my homework. Sought out the best. Had a great experience with Dr Cole and his entire team.
Dr. Cole is absolutely amazing. He has been such a blessing to me in the recovery of my knees. I have been a patient of his for many years. He has performed cartilage transplants in both of my knees & a meniscus transplant in one of them. He is very personable and so caring every step of the way. I am so grateful for him, he is truly the best.
I had total shoulder replacement surgery and would highly recommend Dr. Cole not only for his experience but also his close attention to patient care.
Let me start off by saying one star was deducted because the graft failed at 7.5 months post op, otherwise would have been a 4-star review. PROs: Communicated early, even on weekends. Very Knowledgeable. Staff were friendly and responsive to questions via email. Laid out a rehab plan. CONs: Runs late on appointments, but gets people in. Appointments felt rushed. Post op follow up limited visits. A lot of time spent on sale of items not covered by insurance like protein powders, injections (which we did both) and now vitamins... read more
I have had both knees and both shoulders repaired by doctor Cole's team and each time my unique condition was treated with the utmost care. His team is very responsive and attentive to the patients needs. Freddie, paige, Kali, Kyle, Val and Meghan are all awesome. The therapy team are superstars as well.
Male aged seventy-six years old. Dr Cole performed surgery for massive rotator cuff tear May 2023. Surgery was successful, minimal pain post surgery and during recovery. Contributing factors: four months PT prior to surgery, protein drink pre and post, balloon implant, and autologous bone marrow during surgery. Prescription pain meds for two days post surgery, then over the counter meds for pain and swelling for a week and since then no pain meds required. PT post-surgery for range of motion and at 12 weeks began PT for stre... read more
Had an 11am appointment. It’s 12:15 and just been told that there are 6 patients ahead of me. Thought coming all the way to a teaching hospital would provide much needed answers to my knee issues. I feel I’ve gotten more of a run around than answers.
Dr. Cole was able to answer all of my questions regarding my knee pain and assured me that the recommendation of what he was suggesting was the best course to take. Considering my age and severity of my condition, I am pleased with the care and consideration that Dr. Cole has afforded me.
