90 minute past are appt time, our time is just as valuable, we were ever notified by any staff that Dr Cole was running this late, courtesy would have been appreciated, Dr Cole maybe spent 5 minutes in the room with us…
I have been seeing Dr. Cole for probably about 10 years. At my first visit, the surgeon said he wanted to treat a tear in the meniscus with conservative measures. As a marathon runner and a construction worker, he knew what I did and he believed that this was the best way forward. 20 marathons later, I think he was right. You can definitely trust that he will choose the best plan of care for your issues. His staff is awesome too.
Dr. Cole is terrific. He gives you 100% attention and uses his ability to listen to the patient, fully, before speaking. There is no interruption as we explain our ailment.
