I went to see Dr Cole after seeing 4 other orthopedic surgeons that wanted to perform rotator cuff surgery. Dr Cole spent time listening to my medical history and diagnosed me with bicep tendinitis. My surgery was successful!!!
Every step of my surgical process was well planned, efficient and made as comfortable as possible working toward a positive outcome. My recovery has been swift, and the physical therapists surprised at the rapid progress. Dr. Cole and his team are professional while being friendly and easy to work will.Top marks to the team - highly recommended!

Dr. Brian Cole, MD and his team from Midwest Orthopedics at RUSH run like a well-oiled machine. Midwest Orthopedics was able to get me in quickly to see Dr. cole despite an hour wait after I checked in. The appointment was fast and efficient and resulted in a cortisone injection which was much anticipated. I give Midwest solid reviews for their administrative functionality as there are loads of prep materials that are dine in advance to streamline the appt.
My appointment started 30 minutes late. I don’t mind that, as long as I’m given the same time and respect as everyone else. I was not. I felt rushed, felt I was spoken to in a condescending way, and felt like he was trying to just “catch up” and move on from my appointment. I got emotional during the appointment because I’ve been frustrated trying to get answers, and was shown no empathy. I asked a question and received a condescending response. Will not be returning.
