Dr Cole is excellent -thorough and takes the time necessary to answer all questions !
Attentive team, clear information and quick response to help me recover from an injury.
Dr. Cole was extremely attentive to all my needs. His assistant that came in before him was not. She would ask me questions& would not let me even get my answers out before asking me the same questions again. So she really was not paying attention to anything I had said. A little disappointed with her. She needs a little training on listening to the patient& being quite.
Dr Cole and his team are the best.
I have had knee issues for over 20 years. Dr Cole was willing to listen to the issues and give his opinion on best treatments. He didn’t push anything, gave his recommendations and listened to my concerns. Following his recommended treatments my knee feels the best it has in 15 years. I’d recommend Dr Cole and his staff to everyone!
I have only had one appointment thus far with Dr Cole and was extremely impressed with the patient experience. My daughter will be having surgery on her knee soon and Dr Cole will do the procedure. Obviously his reputation precedes him but the way he handled the conversation, the apology for the long wait, the careful explanation of what needed to be done was exceptional.
I had an appointment on Monday 10/29/2018 I waited 2 hours and did not see the doctor Cole. I left without seeing the doctor. next time I make an appointment I will probably see one of his assistants
I was very impressed by Dr. Cole The new technology looking forward to getting my surgery at Rush in being part of a study for stem cell
After doing my left shoulder rotator cuff, I did my right shoulder calcific tendonitis with Dr. Cole. Amazing result! Dr. Cole is a very caring doctor. His fame precede him, but so does his records. Nowadays, a lot of reviews websites focus too much on the appointment waiting time and the treatment patients are getting from administrative employees. This is wrong. The focus should be on the results: Dr. Cole does wonders! PA Kevin and staff were excellent and had very little to no waiting time
