I cannot recommend Dr. Futrell and his staff enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Futrell took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. His expertise and compassionate approach truly set him apart. Absolutely horrible! Husband lost his big toe because Dr Futrell refused to prescribe antibiotics for him after Dr Futrell cut a large V in his toe low enough in the toe bed to cause a lot bleeding. Told him to use soap and water. He knowingly knew he was a diabetic. Not only refused but ignored his request via text messages. Also used non sterile instruments on both visits.
I can't say enough great things about Dr Futrell and his staff. l was so nervous about toe wound and Dr Futrell explained all that had to be done and why. I'm a bit frustrated that I have to be off my feet for a few weeks but it sure is better then losing a toe. Staff is amazing they really go out of there way to make your visit excellent Thank you for all you do. Amy
Dr. Futrell is great. He is very kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
He is one of the worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life he is careless and he doesn’t know what he is doing he is irresponsible and careless doctor was the direct cause of my finger being amputated due to his negligence. I will never recommend him to anyone unless you want to loose a part of your leg. Dr.Futrell is the worst .
