The entire experience Dr. Rudin and his staff was first class. They've carefully thought through all of the details that make for great client service. He explained things so I understood them and presented options. I highly recommend this practice.
From experience, I know Dr. Rudin is a great surgeon, he replaced a disc in my neck a few years ago. But besides that, he is a great listener and great doctor. He puts your mind at ease knowing you are in good hands, whether or not you need surgery. So when a different part of my spine was causing me problems, he took his time and reviewed the imaging with me so I knew what steps to take next. If you are having spine problems, he is the man to see.
Dr. Rudin's staff was extremely helpful in letting me know how the consultation costs would work and how insurance figures in. They were incredibly efficient in handling my initial paperwork and getting me in for my visit. The offices are very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. My wait time to see the doctor was almost non-existent. After viewing my MRI, literally, within seconds, he identified the source of my problem that 2 other doctors completely missed. To echo the other 5-star reviews, Dr. Rubin and his staff have been extremely helpful to me with my medical issues. Despite having a very busy practice, I'm always able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my call. Once there I never have long to wait and the staff goes above and beyond helping each patient with their individual needs. I can't begin to say enough about Dr. Rubin. I am very happy I found Dr Rudin. He is a great doctor! I like his approach of starting with the least invasive treatment first.
Dr. Rudin and his office personnel were superb. They were caring and sensitive to the pain I was in. Dr. Rudin reassured me that it was going to be taken care of and I am feeling much better. Thanks to everyone in that office.
