When you make my friend who is in a wheelchair and already uncomfortable as can be sit there an extra 45 mins waiting on her scripts because the lady up front told the nurse the patient had left. She was in a big room with the door open could no one see her? So when the nurse confronted the receptionist she just laughed. Poor job lady, someone needs to get their act together.
