Dr. Fong gave me a vasectomy. He explained key points well, did a great job of answering my questions, and eased my nerves during the procedure. Everything went as routinely as I could imagine. The staff was polite and helpful. Four days later, and everything feels normal already.

I now have been diagnosed with a hardening aortic valve . Dr. Fong now treats ne with a professional but cold shoulder as I let him now my condition. He informed me there is meds. for this! There is none for my condition.

Dr Fong is a great Dr I trust him fully. His staff however are incredibly rude I was talked to in a condescending manner when I called and the lady I spoke with SLAMMED the phone down because she was irritated for my questions. If I was only judging on Dr Fong I would give him an A+ and 5 stars, but but those in the office could use a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE . Patients are the reason they have a job in the first place!!!!!

Dr. Fong is a good physician, but his office staff leave a lot to be desired. Our family has had several negative encounters with one of his receptionists in particular, Tiffany, who seems to have an outstanding ability to throw attitude at patients. No one needs that when they're just trying to visit the doctor or call in for results. If she were replaced, the patient experience would improve immensely.

He pushed real hard for the procedure in his specialty. Did not cover all the options for my condition.
