Staff was friendly and to the point. Each step was described and explained before it happened.
Good experience - much needed and appreciated
In my last visit, Dr Fong did spend time talking about the status of my current condition and answering questions that I had. In many of my previous appointments, I felt he did not spend enough time talking with me about my situation or allowing me to get all my questions answered. I felt like the appointments were rushed. I believe him to be very knowledgeable and to be an excellent surgeon.
Excellent as always.
Overall had a good experience during my appointment. However, the doctor seemed to be in quite a hurry. I don't think I was in the exam room more than 5 or 6 minutes.
