I do not recommend this company, I was overcharged and ignored. I worked with Melinda, she seemed nice from the get go but a little scattered but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I picked out my tile and we had come to an agreement on price. I was very aware of what that exact price should have been because I was on a tight budget. I went ahead and gave her my info to charge my card and order my tile over the phone. My mistake was in taking her word for it and not having the price in writing.
