I started my search for a Subaru in Danbury, CT because the dealership was large, new and looked good. The people there were very nice, but Brewster Subaru is closer to me so I decided to try it. Picked up my 2016 Outback last week. The entire buying process was a wonderful experience. We went in thinking we wanted a Crosstrek and after spending hours working with us on that, Michelle rolled with us when we jumped to the Outback. She searched for a car that met our requirements and after two days suggested that we order one from the factory.
