When I arrived today for a scheduled service appointment, it was extremely busy. I waited longer than expected and was a bit stressed. I spoke with Damon in Service and he apologized for the wait. Damon was polite, professional and apologetic. Shortly after that my car was ready and there was no charge for the oil change due to the excessive wait time. I was really impressed with Damon and the service department. Thank you!
Service Department is absolutely AMAZING! It's never easy to hear when your car needs more work than anticipated, but these guys went above and beyond to make a very frustrating situation as smooth as it could possibly be given the circumstances, great about explaining what was needed and why. Very, very trustworthy and straightforward. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!
