I just called to see if the office takes our insurance and the receptionist was not friendly or courteous at all. I did not get a good impression. It is probably just the receptionist and the other staff and the dentist are nice... I wish they placed a suitable person as a receptionist.
I was referred here by a lactation consultant saying they thought my baby was tongue tied. Dr. Mann disagreed after glancing at his mouth for less than a minute. He then discussed it with my lactation consultant and she told him why she thought he was tongue tied. He said he would check with his partner because it might be a more in depth procedure and he'd get back to us. He never got back to me or my lactation consultant. I called again to follow up and was told he would call me to discuss. He never did, but kept demanding... read more
They tried to get me to consent to be financially responsible for dental work that was later deemed unneccessary. Everyone's out to get a quick buck at someone else's expense. If you go to this provider, please, it's in your best interest to, get a second opinion.
I have always been a fan of Dr. Mann! I was a patient myself for 21 years and now my kids (who are 10 and 12) go there. They have seen him regularly since they were 18 months old! My kids have never been afraid of the dentist and Dr. Mann makes each visit fun (even the ones for fillings)! Even though it's a 45-minute drive for me, it's worth it!
