When I walked in the two ladies at the front desk were bickering at each other, my hygienist was extremely loud and not thorough at ALL. I could still see and feet calculus under my permanent retainer. Dr Dieterlen made me the most UGLY crown that i have ever seen.. that cracked in half 2 weeks later. I have given this office MANY chances to prove me wrong. Im done!

I have had routine cleaning/checks as well as a cap/crown. The office is professional from start to finish. The receptionist is friendly. The hygenists are gentle and personable. The chairs face windows that look out into a courtyard with birdfeeders. And Dr. D is informative and takes his time with us. The quality of the care is top notch.

I have had several filings and no pain. Dr Dieterlen was very nice.

Used him for several years. The office is beautiful, the staff is fantastic but down the road (one year) after a root canal and crown, it kept getting infected, he kept putting me on antibiotics and I finally changed dentist to get it taken care of and it still isn't good, still hurts. I thought he was a good dentist but ended up being disappointed.

I was very pleased with the services I received from this dentist and also with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Even though my procedures were very basic and routine, the dentist made me feel at ease and did a remarkable job making everything pain free!
