We are selling our house and Landon Mosier (Brentwood Lawn Care, LLC) agreed to cut the grass so our realtors could get pictures. We called when he didn't show up and he gave us a new start time. We texted when he missed that one and he swore he was on his way. The last text Landon sent us said "I will get it done today." But he never came. Never called. Though Landon agreed to cut our grass I'm not sure he ever intended to come at all. Weird kid! I wish I'd read the reviews. He appears to be a serial case.

I have used Landon and team for several jobs. He always delivered on service and value was unbeatable. I recommend him and his company to anyone!

Had to have 9 bushes yanked. They did a great job and a fair price.

Terrible service!!! No shows for scheduled mowing. When I called 3 days later I was told "Oh, I was just going to call you...", then I was PROMISED that a crew would be by later that day or the following day..."I PROMISE, I PROMISE". The result - AGAIN, no one came by, no one called, no email, no text...needless to say, 2 days later (after giving them the benefit of the doubt AGAIN!) we moved on to another company much more reliable.
