Keep the place looking and smelling better than it always is when I visit my loved one. Also maybe not hiring lazy people will help improve the place. HAVE activities for the residents to do. Most of the time when I visit they aren't doing anything. Hire an activities director that actually like to plan things for the residents.
2 years later my disability hearing is in less than a month and my attorney is still waiting for my records. you are despicable and should be shut down and the buildings demolished
Be more careful about giving medication that could cause death maybe? It would be a good idea to read the instructions on the insert. Also, be more attentive to patients after giving medication so that so they can survive that hell hole.,
They do a real great job. Residents are usually very sick to even cleanup themselves. They give love to all without discriminating. That they can improve, yes, but it is very dificult to be perfect there. The food is good enough but can also be improved. Their dedication to their job is truly good. Congratulation to all the staff.
I worked at Brentwood many years ago, the staff tries their best, they simply need more staff who are willing to work with each other, having a pleasant attitude helps a long way as well. The patients that live there are someones loved one, they need the best care possible <3 I left to work at another facility not because I did not love my job but because it was stressful and hard to find someone to help out when needed.
