If I can give this place 0 stars I would , 1 star is being too nice!!! Wow what a disturbance this place is. They have a useless waste bin sitting outside filled with trash and old smoke detectors that sound a beeping alarm that goes off all day and night that you can hear throughout the whole block causing sleepless night and horrible days. The managers hardly ever answer I’m assuming they don’t care at this point. They painted this trash building to make it look pretty but it’s all overall HORRIBLE!! Don’t even bother!!!!!
I moved out this roach infested building months ago and they still billing me every month. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ITS UNSAFE ANYONE CAN WALKING INTO THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME..
This place is dirty inside and out!! They think they can paint over a nice mural and it will magically be a nice building, I cannot stand this place. Just dirty and gross. All that money used to paint the building should be used to CLEAN IT INSIDE!!!
This apartment complex has serious issues that need to be addressed before I’d consider living here. First, they need to stop painting over mold and masking smells with air fresheners and plug-ins. The mold and whatever else is causing the odor are in the walls, and the place needs a complete gutting and redo of the pipes. Aye NEVER EVER bring your children to this apartment. I'm on my friends account and there is almost roaches every time u leave a place for 1 minute or more. There are cracks sometimes in the floor and there's random yells and gunshots, and ice heard a baby cry outside for an hour and I couldn't sleep when I was thinking about them. Do not bring your children or yourself here as a vacation. The pool isn't even open anymore. I've been living here for 7 years and I cannot live like this anymore. Absolutely unbelievable.
