I had an appt with Dr Bernstein today after not seeing him for over a year. I knew he was going to suggest the cortisone injection and he did. So, when he came in with the needle, he could tell right away I was having anxiety. He talked me through the entire process and calmed me down. I would recommend 100%. Now, just hoping for relief in my heel. Thank you Dr B :)
