Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us close the sale of our listed property. Brent’s fee model wqs very favorable when compared to other listing agents’ fee structure. Brent also helped us think through some more complex decisions involving whether to stage, spend money on upgrades/repair work, etc. Overall, Brent helped us sell our listed property in the first weekend at list price!
