Dr. Panko and Carissa came to our home yesterday on the saddest of days to ease our Charlie dog's suffering. They were so kind and considerate of our needs. They sat on our living room floor with all of us gathered around Charlie....including Mollie under Carissa's arm and Shay licking Dr. Panko's face while they tended to Charlie. We couldn't have gotten more compassionate care anywhere. Thank you to all the BVH staff....including Kerry and Dr. Calhoun for their kindness understanding. We love and appreciate all of you!! �
Had THE BEST experience during our first visit to BVH! Loved everything about them! Everyone from the front desk...to Darrell...to Dr. Burbridge...was so pleasant to be around and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in! Happy to have found a place where I know Gunner will be in excellent hands!
Everyone there is so polite and kind. Very helpful with questions and making one feel special. Great care was given to both my pets. Yall are awesome
