They responded to my call immediately. The problem was fixed. I also had them do a service call. They were courteous and pay attention to detail. I may swallow hard when I get the bill, but I am confident that my system will be working well, and that Brenham Heating and Air will be there if needed. SHOP LOCAL
I'm new to the area and called to get my AC serviced. They were not interested in my buisness. They said I had to be and existing customer for them to service me. Not sure how a person who moved to the area is suppose to get an AC serviced.
