Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

I needed a crown. It was completed with 2 hours with permanent crown. No temporary needed, all completed in single visit, very nice! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was the dental equipment clean? Yes
