They are a awesome dealership. They take care of their employees and their customers. My husband (Wayne Johnston) hauled cars for this dealership for years.

Really disappointed today with the service department. Appointment for 8:00 am for a specific issue with the front end. We were there early. Called at 11:30 to check on the progress. Was told that it had not been looked at yet. Very vague about how long it would take. Called back at 3:30 to check on progress. Was told that it still had not been looked at for the issue we took it in for BUT the recalls had been taken care of. There was no mention of fixing the recalls by us. Got lots of excuses....short handed, got really bus... read more

Worst service department ever over 3 hrs for oil change I expect some wait time but this is ridiculous it happened last time so I gave them another try worse this time even with appointment 2 hrs hire more people just for oil change pretty sure they would stay busy !!!!!!!!!
By far the worst service I’ve ever had. If your looking for somewhere who doesn’t stand behind their warranty work on a vehicle that just hit 50k miles look no further because this is your place. I’ve had every make of trucks and have never had the piss poor service I got yesterday. They tried telling me the part that was out on my truck wasn’t the right part so they wouldn’t have to cover it under warranty when I went home and pulled it off myself. I realize now why dodge has the same vehicles on their lot for long periods ... read more
