the oddest dealership I've ever dealt with. my potential salesman was very nice and seemed to be the only one of a dozen working there actually working. anyway days later after making a "good" deal over messages .I agree to get it..they didnt have vehicle ready "in detail"..meanwhile most of paper work complete decided to look and try van one more time .that's when I discovered long smear and shallow crease all down side door . Bought our Ram 1500 Laramie 2 weeks back. I’ll say I’ve been a Ford fan my whole life, owning 5 F150s and getting my wife an Escape last year. I don’t see me buying a Ford again anytime soon. Our salesman Zach has been absolutely exceptional and the service after the sell is what has won us over so far.
