I was very unhappy with the automotive department. Had an appt and had my car at the shop at 7:30am. The battery light came on and I told them thought it was the alternator. I called at 1pm and Shawn told me I was the next ticket in the basket. At 3:30 Shawn calls back and it was the alternator and it would take 3 hours to do and it wouldn't be ready today.
