I purchased a 2018 ram on Friday told them Saturday it had a fibration like tires need balanced you can't get up to speed limit with out the truck shaking and they told me because I couldn't get there at their specific time because of my schedule I have to drive it this way 3 weeks before they can check the tires.guess I'll pay for it my self.just bought my last one from breeden.
Even though I had failed to call in for an appointment, they worked me in and made the repairs in a timely fashion. I was pleased with their friendliness and their professionalism.
First service on my new Ram. As always the experience was great. They even made some computer updates that just came out. Been buying from Breeden for many years and will continue to.
On the way west today, our truck (2014 RAM 3500) sprung a water hose leak. We were pulling a large 5th wheel camper and don't know the area well at all. We found Breeden Dodge on the web as we were about 30 miles east of Fort Smith, Arkansas. We called them and they (Brandon) told us to come on by and they'd at least check it out. We did - and they (Randall) not only checked it out but located the part, repaired it, and got us back on the road.
