Only the 2nd time servicing my truck here and definitely my last. I wasn't so sure how I felt about the service the 1st time so I decided to give it a second chance. I'm pretty spoiled at Nissan of Evanston when I get my car serviced so I guess I was thinking all dealerships service departments would be similar. I didn't get my 1st tire rotation done the 1st time. When I asked I was told it was too soon? Sure okay, I just had my second service done and again they didn't do the tire rotation even though they took almost 2hrs.... read more

We had a very pleasant experience when purchasing our new 2017 Chevy Truck. Richard was wonderful and so very helpful. We had many questions and he was patient with all of them. I went to change oil but the guy told me im due to flush the fluid out so i did ...i got hm and put the hood up in the car and he splashed the fluid all over the engine and else where so i contacted the manager within half hr and he didnt call me back uintil the next day noon. They left the old sticker for oil change and didnt bother to put the new one...it makes me think if the service was performed or not?!?!? I dont recommend this place to anyone. I had a great experience at Bredeman. I had leased my Equinox for 3 years and loved it. When my lease recently came to an end, I purchased my car and hope to keep it for a long time. Car buying can be a trying experience, however my salesman Joe Alessi made it a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to refer friends to him.
