RecommendedThe sales person Richard is the best doesn’t push at all he’s kind and very helpful. He’s truly been wonderful to work with. Craig the financial person is also wonderful. He stayed late and helped me complete my sale. What great guys they are. Now for the service group well they need a lot of help. Alex is very helpful but one man can’t do it all. I think their service department needs to get some clues from Bredeman Toyota in how to deal with the customers coming for service. They weren’t rude. I just was not happy with it.
First night home after buying our car the engine light went on. The following Sunday was pulled over because my rear left turn signal was not working. Show officer I just bought car and he was very nice told me to get it fixed. Brought car back to be be service and fixed everything no charge. Thank you Bredemann and Alex in service. Andy

The service has always been very professional and courteous I'm very satisfied.
it should not take over 3 hours to make a cash purchase of a car.The sales manager and especially the business manager should be more respectful of the customer's value to the business they work for,and not act towards that customer in a condescending fashion.The car should be more thoroughly checked at predelivery so the shifter does not fall apart 10 minutes after the customer drives away.
I highly recommend Bredemann Chevrolet to buy a car. They really know their stuff. I am very pleased with my new ride.

They don’t care about customer satisfaction. Went in with a brake assist issue in 2016 on our Silverado and they said it was fine. Just went in again as it is getting worse and big surprise they found a problem with it now that it’s out of warranty. A problem that was there in 2016 when it was covered under warranty. So bogus! And truck was bought brand new in January 2015 (is a 2014). Called customer service and there is nothing they will do to even help with cost of repair. I recently traded in my Chevrolet 2015 Malibu for a 2018 Trax. I had the same salesman Henry O. and the same Finance Mgr . Tom G. I am very happy to do business with them and will always go to them for all my services. Henry was very helpful in helping me with my features on my car and explained everything to me. I didn't even buy a car from this dealership but I attempted to and got nowhere. My son was looking for a particular car so we began our search on CarGurus which led us to Bredemann Chevrolet.....mind you we are from Texas, but I am currently living in Wheeling, WV for my job.
