Unfortunate breast care – Along with other reviewers, this practice has unacceptable wait times. I have been there for 4 visits, one emergency procedure and the rest were special scans. The wait times are absurd. No one has mentioned the temperature in the various stages of wait rooms, but it is ridiculously cold. Regardless of these irritations, my last visit was indeed my last. Serious breast problems - THIS is where you want to go – All of the physicians in this practice have attended well respected schools and are highly regarded in their field of practice; their patients include people who have come here from all over the world - they are wonderful, skilled doctors who are also very kind and compassionate. AVOID THEM! – Rating: ZERO STARS - This office asks you to show up 30 minutes early for your appointment. Don't bother. Your appointment time is irrelevant to them. You will wait 2-3 hours or more to be seen. There will be no explanation of why the appointment has not started on time. No hint of an apology either. When staff and doctors are questioned about why patients are made to wait unacceptably long without explanation - e.g. 2 hours past appointment time, expect the following: (1) be lectured about how the facility is ... read more
Treated like cows – This group has an MRI Ultrasound machine -- only 14 in the U.S. had one when I had my MRI ultrasound in November 2007. That is a plus. The staff the doctors have hired leave much to be desired. Patients are shuffled through like cows dressed in navy blue gowns -- all awaiting news that could be devastating. My surgeon was usually in a big hurry -- and I know why! Too many people waiting in the wings. Their expertise can be trusted; the way in which patients are treated? Not great.
Breast Care Specialist-Inefficient – Was told the appointment may take up to two hours. Waited two hours and I was not seen. Inquired with employee regarding how much longer I would have to wait for service. She was polite and told me I would be seen in five minutes. Waited ten minutes and was not seen. Inquired of employee again and was told it would be five more minutes. Waited 15 more minutes and finally had to leave without ever having been seen nor was I offered an explanation for the long delay. This is the second time... read more
