Very poor service. The doctor doesn’t care about her patients at all. She never reviews blood test results on time and doesn’t call back or follow up. It feels like she has no concern for her patients’ health.
I’m very disappointed with nurse practitioner Melissa Gossett. She told my father that he has diabetes and promised to send his medication, but she never did. Later, she denied ever saying he had diabetes. she also doesn’t return phone calls or voice mails, She is extremely careless and unprofessional. It takes her a very long time to review her patients’ test results, and she doesn’t seem to care about their well-being.
