We just moved in and have been really impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the property. The views are outstanding. The units are very spacious and the amenities are excellent.

This is a very wonderful place to live. We are right on the water at the end of a cul a sec. It is very expensive but it is the only apartment complex on this side of the marina.
This is a fantastic complex. Large units, incredible views, and it's run very professionally by a great team - something you don't find a lot of these days. You can't beat the location, either!
I have to say I lived there from the very beginning they opened up after the remodel. I was excited to live in a community that seemed to care about its tenants and provide a positive living experience. Once it was acquired by Equity, it was a steady decline. No longer was the staff able to run things smoothly, but they changed managers so many times, it was like a revolving door. That should tell you something. Really a great place... for me to poop on. I really enjoyed the freedom here to do whatever I wanted. The management turns a blind eye to the rules and let's you have complete freedom.
