Nice location Enjoyed the Breakers because of their location. It is back from the beach in a very quiet location. Had a 2 bedroom apartment and had lots of room and very clean.. Staff was very accomodating and courteous. If you like a quiet area in Rehoboth highly recommend. Very secure parking lot.

If you are considering staying at this hotel please look elsewhere QUICKLY!!! Even though the front staff was very nice, the security guard likes to make is own rules and change quiet time from 10pm to 6:30 pm on a Saturday night while in their sitting area outside. We were told that people like to walk up to the seating area just to take pictures. But why ?? The plants are plastic, the sofa cushions sag and there is a empty cooler and you can not have adult beverages to enjoy with your friends and family. We felt like all w... read more
Front desk staff was friendly but rooms were small & parking couldn’t accommodate most large cars or trucks. Manager/Security was rude & way over the top - gave a whole new meaning to the word hospitality. A lounge where you can’t pull up a chair & have a drink with friends??? Don’t recommend!
I would never stay at the Breakers Hotel again!!! Aside from the friendly front desk staff, this place is miserable. The rooms are small, dingy and smell bad. Coming from a hospitality background, this hotel FAILED MISERABLY. Our group was treated very unprofessionally. We were reprimanded like children by a security guard who apparently had nothing better to do but watch us on a surveillence camera. Being asked to quiet down (for TALKING at 6:30pm)...seriously, so ridiculous. DON'T STAY HERE.

The breakers hotel was awful. First there was no parking and the “manager” John on duty was rude when our car couldn’t fit in the parking spots. He was less than accommodating. John was obnoxious asking us to whisper at 6:30pm. If you are looking for a place to stay this is not the place you want to be. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this has been the worst experience I have EVER had.
I am able to bring my puppy. This I love. The people are friendly. Great morning breakfast. Not that cold muffin. Real breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes and a nice biscuit. This makes things very nice. Yes, this year was a little different with covid. Yet, they made it still feel like home away from home. Super clean.
Love The Breakers and it’s the only place I stay when visiting Rehoboth. The rooms are nice size and always spotlessly clean. Staff are polite and helpful and you can really tell management cares about the place. I’ve been coming 2-3 times a year for 3 years and it’s been fun watching the amazing renovations each time. They now have breakfast too!
