The only complaint I have is the parking situation. Part of the parking lot was closed off so people parked in the parking lot that we should have had. We were on the 1st floor because I had my dog with me and that's where the pet rooms are. I also had my 95 year old mother with me and we really needed to be parked in front of our room. Unfortunately that didn't happen most of the time.. I feel they need to have handicap parking and the parking spots should be numbered to.go with the rooms on the first floor. Wonderful hotel. Convenient to downtown and the beach. The rooms are clean and the staff is both wonderful and accommodating. I stay here every time I visit this beautiful town.
This is a very nice hotel I do think they need extra parking .but the rooms were very comfortable and updated at least on the 5th floor where we stayed ..

We just spent four nights here in one of the Queen suites and had no complaints. Good location, close to the boardwalk and beach. It's clean, everyone was friendly. We had a blast. We will definitely be back!!!
Stayed here for my birthday in June. Very friendly staff, clean room, great amenities, and perfect location. Would definitely go back soon.
