A great place to stay that's dog friendly. Walking distance to the beach and everything else! Clean place with friendly staff. Indoor pool is small but clean and has a cool roof that opens to make it partially open air. Wifi signal is terrible at the dog friendly rooms. This needs to be improved. Barely get the signal.
They put us in room 101, the sink was clogged, there where bugs, the coffee maker didn't work, the door to the balcony wouldn't open, and the wifi I was promised didn't reach my room. The lady at the desk was a real jerk. Yeah and it all cost entirely too much!
Close to beach is about all I really liked about this place. No queen beds in a 176.00 suite. And extra charge tp park your car in a space.
The General Manager of this location is a thief! We were doubled charged for our stay as well as friends that stayed the same weekend. She would not refund the over charge! Not only was she not helpful but the hotel itself was filthy. There were a couple dead bugs on the floor that remained there during our stay. We purposely left them to see if they would be removed... they weren't. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere... really.
Great location and staff. Clean rooms. The shower runs hot & cold is the only possible non-positive I can think of. The breakfast buffet is included at another hotel on the boards just be sure to tip your server there for the table service. My daughter and I had a blast & even the other guests were friendly & tollerated us playing with their doggies. ♥ Thanks for the great mini-vaca!
