Brought in a gift card with no expiration date (albeit old, but again, no date) and it was not honored. Very awkward. Very disappointed. Excellent service but will not return for this reason.

The service here is fantastic! I was nervous the first time I went and they immediately put me at ease. They do a great job and are pleasant to everyone who comes in. I've been back and had the same wonderful experience and plan to return again as needed despite it being an hour away from me. Excellent value and the results are always perfect!!
This was my first visit. I just moved to Nashville and will never go to another studio. Glayci gave me the best body wax I have ever received. The ambiance of the studio is serene, the staff extremely professional yet warm.
Very friendly and warming atmosphere loved the great hospitality and friendly staff that made you feel welcome from the minute you walked in to the time you left would definitely recommend to anyone !!
