It's always a pleasant experience, everyone there is nice and professional. One of the best customer service experience.
I've been going to bwb for about 5 yrs now. Started with just their waxing services and now I go there for facials, peels and all my skin care products. I absolutely love this place! All the ladies are very professional and knowledgeable about the products/services they offer. I highly recommend bwb for all your waxing and skin care needs!
Today was the first time I set foot in this place.. It's really nice and clean, lady at the front desk is so welcoming.. I had a face wax and Ileana did it.. She was great and gave me advice.. I'm looking forward to going back and getting more done.. Thank you for such a great experience
