The facials are great but the customer service is lacking. I don't know who makes the rules but there should be exceptions depending on circumstances. I was sold a product after a facial, the lip gloss and told they even had a pink tinted one but when I went to inquire they were out of stock. Now I see on IG that they have it in stock magically. I waited 40 minutes for a pre-scheduled appointment and when I messaged them to complain, they didn’t even acknowledge or reply to my complaint. Very unhappy with their customer service.

I’ve been coming to this boutique for years and loved it until today. I was asked to sign a new release form, and I realize the importance of that and I support that, however they wanted to take my photo for their records. I said that makes me uncomfortable, The receptionist said unless I took a picture they could not provide me service. She said it was for identification purposes.
