They were so kind and sweet to my cat Ethel and we had a great experience. I especially love that they work with Piedmont Animal Rescue to give care for abandoned and mistreated or neglected pets!
This was our first time here. My Minx had a UTI, so it was an emergency visit. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was so kind and caring. We were seen immediately and left with a good feeling. This will be our new vet.
I can’t begin to praise this group of caring animal lovers enough. I brought in my kitty who had been shot in the eye and they immediately took her in and cared for her the same day. I have been to other animal hospitals but have never seen the level of care and compassion I have experienced with this group. How fortunate we are right here in mooresville to have such an awesome group to care for our pets 7 days a week. Very caring staff. Our pet family is typically very low maintenance, but we did have a crisis situation a while back that involved a few trips to the emergency vet (before Harbor Point offered this service) and I used them as a follow up. I could not have been more pleased with the care and attention my girl received. We have found our new provider.
Just moved to Mooresville from NY and needed a new vet for our 2 Cavaliers. One of them has a seizure disorder. The entire staff and Dr. Laity were AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable about the breed and her medical issues and had answers to all our questions ~ and even answered questions we forgot to ask!!! The pups loved her and all the staff and were so comfortable! (The squirty cheese might’ve been the reason) 😊. They were so incredibly comfortable there! So happy to have found another loving vet to care for our girls!
