Our 16 year old girl has never liked going to the vet. Now she practically pulls us thru the door. Everybody here is friendly & relaxed!!!
We have loved this office since we first brought our puppy in. Today Diane helped us by following up with a vendor who paid for some extra medication, since their product was not working sufficiently. That was definitely above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend them to anyone in the Mooresville or surrounding area. They really love their animal patients and have the highest quality of customer service.
Moved here last year and so glad i found harbor and dr laity. She is so compassionate and loving toward my dog. She has great techniques to help the dog feel at ease with shots and bloodwork. She is super responsive when you email her for potential dog emergencies. Love this place!!!!!
This is a huge step up from our previous vet in town! The exam went well, and something was caught that was never pointed out previously. My sons - who were balls of after school energy - were graciously involved in the exam and loved it. Our little dog earned a treat that was more wholesome cookie than processed fillers. Every staff member was very nice, and as a bonus the decor is really cute.
These people are the best we have seen in 2 states. We have 3 german shepherds and unlike other vets they are not scared to be in the same room as our dogs. Best service and best pricing we have had hands down!!!
Love this vet office and all the staff there. They go the extra mile for my 2 pups and are always accommodating when I have my 2 boys in tow with me for vet visits with my 2 dogs. My 7 year old son shared with Dr. Laity that he wanted to be a vet when he grew up so she let him listen to our Max’s heartbeat and then look into his ears with an otoscope. How awesome is that? Super thankful that we have found a vet in Mooresville that we love and trust.
Harbor Point's staff is amazing! They take the time to make sure both your animal and yourself feels comfortable. I never thought I would see the day that an animal I owned would drag me into the vet's office and have to be dragged out of there, but it happens everytime she is there.
They have an exceptional staff! Loving touch and very in tune with the needs of our pet and ourselves, the pet parents. We are so blessed to have found them. Xoxoxo
