The Braun's are resaonably competent, though at times a little inconsistent in describing/assessing dermatological problems. The worst aspect of visiting the Braun's, however, is the organization of the office. Be prepared for rudeness and defensiveness. Moreover, it seemed to me that the disorganization was generated not so much from the ill-will of the support staff as from a total failure to communicate between the Braun's and their support staff.
