Doctor Mondrusova is great. The support staff is terrible. Needed a sports physical signed. Turned it on Friday - they said they would be completed Monday or Tuesday. Called Tuesday - not done, took # snd said thry would call me back with an estimated time of completion, no call received. Called Wednesday, still bot done, asked for an estimated time of completion - she had no clue and told me to keep calling back.
