This company refuses to honor their own warranty. They have a lifetime warranty on certain valves but they don't send them to you. They give you ridiculous excuses as to why you're not covered for something that's clearly lifetime. They did it to me on two properties that I bought brass tech fixtures for and spent thousands of dollars. They won't send you a lousy valve. They're customer service is absolutely garbage.
